Billing & Credits
Pipe2.ai uses a credit-based billing system. Each pipeline run costs a fixed number of credits.
How credits work
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Reserve | Credits are held when you start a pipeline run |
| Confirm | Credits are deducted when the run completes |
| Refund | Credits are returned if the run fails |
Your balance shows available credits (total minus reserved). You can run multiple pipelines concurrently — each reserves independently.
Checking your balance
Go to pipe2.ai/billing to see:
- Available credits — what you can spend right now
- Reserved credits — held for in-progress runs
- Transaction history — every credit movement with timestamps
Buying credits
Credit packs — one-time purchases. Larger packs offer better per-credit pricing. Credits never expire.
Subscriptions — monthly plans that include a credit allowance. Credits refresh each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
