How do credits pay for a pipeline run?

Each pipeline shows an estimated cost before you start. We reserve enough credits for the run. After the run, we return the unused reserved amount.

What is the difference between subscription credits and pack credits?

Subscription plans add a monthly credit allowance. These credits expire at the end of the billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.

Which credits do you use first?

We always use credits with the earliest expiration date first. Pack credits have no expiration date, so we use them last.

What happens when my subscription renews or ends?

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. A successful renewal adds a new monthly allowance. Cancellation stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the period ends, and your pack credits remain.

How do upgrades and downgrades work?

An upgrade starts after you pay the prorated price for the rest of the current period. We add the prorated credit difference. Your renewal date stays the same. A downgrade starts on your next renewal date.

Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?

Accepted Answer

No. You can buy a one-time credit pack without a paid subscription. The Free plan also includes 5 welcome credits after sign-up. Pack credits stay in your account until you use them.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available methods depend on your country, product, and platform. In Russia, checkout can offer card payments or SBP in rubles. Crypto payments use USDC or USDT on the networks shown at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can qualify for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund credits spent on a pipeline run. If a run fails on our side, we return its reserved credits automatically. The Refund Policy gives the full terms.
