Terms of Service

Welcome to Pipe2.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at pipe2.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Service Description

Pipe2.ai provides AI-powered content creation tools ("Pipelines") that generate images, videos, and other media from user-provided inputs. The Service uses third-party AI providers including Google Gemini, Kling, and ElevenLabs.

4. Credits and Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each Pipeline run consumes credits as displayed before execution.
  • Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Whop. All payments are processed by Whop and subject to their terms.
  • Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload ("Input Content") and content generated by the Service ("Output Content").
  • You grant us a limited license to process your Input Content solely to provide the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your Input Content does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain illegal material.
  • We do not claim ownership of Output Content. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others
  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harass individuals
  • Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
  • Resell access to the Service without our written authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Pipe2.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of generated content may also be subject to the terms of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output quality of third-party services.

9. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program allows users to earn commission on referrals. Affiliate commissions, payout terms, and eligibility are governed by the affiliate program terms displayed on the affiliate program page. We reserve the right to modify commission rates or terminate affiliate accounts for abuse.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipe2.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
